Refund Policy

Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, custom orders, or perishable items.

However, in accordance with Jamaica’s Consumer Protection Act, if an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photo evidence.

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

A replacement or exchange, or

A partial or full refund (where applicable)

Non-Custom Items (e.g. Jewelry & Accessories)

Non-custom items may be eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund (where applicable), provided that:

The item is returned within 5 business days

The item is unused and in its original condition

Jewelry requires proper care to maintain its condition. Customers are encouraged to review all product details before purchasing.

Please note that skin types may react differently to certain materials. Seven21 Collections is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

Seven21 Collections is not responsible for issues resulting from:

Incorrect information provided by the customer

Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

Customer change of mind

Damage occurring after delivery

All items are inspected and dispatched in good condition.
