Terms and conditions

By accessing our website and placing an order with Seven21 Collections, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payments

A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders

The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery

Full payments are required for ready-to-purchase items and quick picks,

Third Party Bank Transfers

Customers are required to share proof of payment (screenshot). Payments are not confirmed until it is reflected on our end. Please note that third-party transfers may delay after cut-off times, on weekends and public holidays. Seven21 Collections is not responsible for order delays due to late payments or payments that are not yet reflected. We are not responsible for any additional fees and taxes charged by your bank.

Custom Orders

Deposits are non-refundable once the customization process has started. 

Customers are required to place custom order at least 3-5 business days in advance. Orders that require more complex customization and special requests such as volume orders, and special items to be procured, may require further notice.

Orders placed after the required timeframe may attract a rush fee starting at $2,000 JMD.

Product Availability

 

We reserve the right to make substitutions where necessary due to availability. Any substitutions will maintain the overall quality and value of the order.

Delivery

Delivery is facilitated through third-party couriers.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability to receive orders.

Liability

Seven21 Collections is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of Seven21 Collections and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
