Delivery
We offer delivery across Jamaica.
Delivery timelines vary based on the nature of your order:
- Ready items: 1–3 business days after order completion.
- Custom orders: 2–5 business days after order completion.
Customers may request a specific delivery date but is subject to availability.
Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery details. Accurate delivery information must be provided to avoid delays.
Orders are fulfilled with care and dispatched in good condition.
Courier & Delivery Responsibility
Orders are delivered using third-party courier services.
While we work with reliable couriers, Seven21 Collections is not responsible for delays, or any issues caused by third-party delivery providers. However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery-related concerns where possible.
Perishable Items
Perishable items (including flowers and other time-sensitive products) are prepared fresh and dispatched promptly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring timely receipt of perishable items. Seven21 Collections is not responsible for spoilage or damage resulting from:
- Delayed delivery by third-party couriers
- Late collection or failure to receive the package upon delivery
We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive these items at the time of delivery.
